Kama Capital Review 2026: Entities, Accounts, Fees and Risks
Advertiser disclosure: we may earn a commission if you open an account through our links. It does not affect our assessment. How we make money
Risk warning: CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Most retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
Note for India: Kama Capital is not authorised by the Reserve Bank of India to offer forex trading to Indian residents. Under FEMA, Indian residents may trade forex only in permitted currency pairs, through RBI-authorised persons, recognised Indian exchanges or RBI-authorised platforms. If you open an account with an offshore broker, you do so at your own risk. RBI Alert List
Kama Capital does not accept clients from your country, so we don't link to it here. See other brokers, and always check that a broker is authorised where you live.
Experienced traders who want MT5 with a no-minimum Classic account or a $5,000 Prime account and who accept that the contracting entity may sit offshore
Anyone who needs segregated client money, a named compensation scheme or a regulator they can verify before they sign up
The broker's own risk page says St Vincent clients may have fewer protections and that client funds are not segregated
Short answer: Kama Capital is a CFD broker founded in 2022 and based in Dubai. It runs three entities, in the UAE, Mauritius and St Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), and its Risk Disclosure says clients onboarded under the SVG entity may have fewer protections than the other two. The same document says it does not offer segregated client accounts. Accounts are on MT5 only: Classic with no minimum deposit and $0 commission, Prime from $5,000, with leverage up to 1:500.
How this review was made: we read the Kama Capital website (accounts, platform, offers, partners, contact and FAQ pages, Terms of Use and the Risk Disclosure dated April 2026), as of October 2026. We tried the UAE, Mauritius and SVG regulator sites and could not confirm any licence on a register. We could not find a Client Agreement or a restricted-countries list, and we have not opened a live account. Where Kama Capital’s pages disagree, we show both versions. The domain is kama-capital.com (with a hyphen); kamacapital.com did not resolve when we tried it.

- The Risk Disclosure says plainly that SVG clients may have fewer protections and that funds are not segregated

Cons
- No segregated client accounts, in the broker's own words

- Risk Disclosure says Kama Capital acts as a market maker for some instruments, so it may be your counterparty
- No Client Agreement, fee schedule, withdrawal time or restricted-countries list on the public site
- Only MT5, no MT4 or cTrader
- Bonus terms did not load in the page we read, and the website contradicts itself on several details (listed below)
Is Kama Capital safe and legit?
The Company page describes “a regulated, multi-entity brokerage group” with an ADGM parent called Kama Holding, and three operating entities (source):
| Entity | Regulator named | Number the site gives |
|---|---|---|
| Kama Capital Securities Broker LLC (UAE) | “Capital Market Authority” (CMA) | Licences 20200000239 (Category 1) and 20200000181 (Category 5) |
| Kama Capital Ltd (Mauritius) | Financial Services Commission | Licence GB22200704, Investment Dealer (Full-Service Dealer, excluding Underwriting), company 193899 GBC |
| Kama Capital LLC (SVG) | Financial Services Authority | “Registered”, registration 2049 |
The numbers come from the footer of the website (source). Category 1 is described as trading broker of OTC derivatives and currencies in the spot market, and Category 5 as introduction. The Company page says Category 5 was secured in 2024 and Category 1 in 2025.
What we could confirm. Nothing on a register. The Mauritius FSC website returned a 403 error to us. The page on the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority site that lists licensed companies loaded, but it is a search tool and we could not run a search that returned a result, so the UAE licences are also unconfirmed (source). The SVG FSA website is covered below. Kama Capital calls the UAE regulator the “Capital Market Authority”; the UAE federal securities regulator is usually called the Securities and Commodities Authority, and we could not tell from the site whether these are the same body under two names. Check the licence numbers yourself on the regulators’ sites.
The SVG entity is a registration. On its own wording, Kama Capital LLC is “registered with” the SVG Financial Services Authority, while the other two are “regulated by”. The SVG FSA website describes how Limited Liability Companies are formed in SVG, and lists them among its international financial services (source). We did not find an SVG licence category for forex or CFD dealing on the pages we opened, so we cannot say what supervision, if any, applies to this entity’s dealing business.
Which entity would you get? Kama Capital’s FAQ says the entity and terms that apply to you are those in your Client Agreement and account journey, and it names Kama Capital LLC (SVG) as the company registered under number 2049 LLC 2022 (source). The partner page says its structure “enables cross-jurisdiction onboarding” and the contact page presents the SVG entity as one of “regulated entities across three jurisdictions, serving clients worldwide”. The Dubai office is listed as a representative office of “Kama Capital LLC”, which is the SVG company name, not the UAE broker. We could not read the Client Agreement, so we cannot say which entity a given country is onboarded to. A client who joins through an international sign-up page, such as one tagged for the SVG entity, is likely to be placed with the SVG company. Ask support to name the entity in writing before you deposit.
What that implies. The Risk Disclosure (last updated April 2026) says: “Clients onboarded under the FSA SVG entity may have fewer regulatory protections than those onboarded under the UAE CMA or FSC Mauritius entities.” (source). The pages name no investor compensation scheme for any entity. SVG clients should not expect the UK FSCS, an ASIC complaints scheme or EU-style leverage caps.
Client money. The Risk Disclosure says “Kama Capital does not offer segregated client accounts” and that client funds “are not held in segregated accounts separate from the firm’s own funds”. If the firm fails, your money would rank with the firm’s other obligations, and we found nothing on the site that says otherwise.
Dealing model. The same document says Kama Capital “acts as a market maker for certain instruments”, so it may be the counterparty to your trades and there is a conflict of interest. Several account pages instead say Prime has “ECN execution” with “no dealing desk”. The two statements are not reconciled on the site.
Negative balance protection. The Risk Disclosure says retail clients are protected against negative balances, that this does not apply to professional or institutional accounts, and that on non-retail accounts you may lose more than your deposit. Elsewhere it says that if you elect professional status, “some protections, including leverage limits, may not apply”. Our guide to margin call and stop out explains how a gap can still hit an account.
Accounts, spreads and costs
The accounts page lists five accounts, all on MT5 with a 20% stop out (source):
| Classic | Prime | ECN | Institutional | HFT | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | None | $5,000 | Upon request | $50,000 | Custom |
| Spread | “Low” | “Ultra-low” | Raw | Raw | Raw |
| Commission | $0 per lot | $0 per lot | $5 | Custom | “Attractive” |
| Leverage | 1:500 | 1:500 | 1:400 | 1:100 | 1:400 |
| Swap-free | Available | Available | Not shown | Available | Not shown |
| Execution | Market | ECN | Not shown | DMA | Not shown |
Classic and Prime pages list micro lots (0.01) and Expert Advisors as supported, and Classic adds one-click trading. The ECN account has no page of its own that we could open, and the footer menu of accounts leaves it out. The $5 figure does not say whether it is per lot, per side or per round trip, so a cost estimate for ECN is not possible from the site alone.
Spreads. The forex page says “Spreads from 0.4” and “70+ pairs”, and that execution averages under 15 ms (source). It does not say which account the 0.4 refers to, no pair-by-pair or average spread table is published, and the “<15ms” figure is marketing with no method. The forex conditions table says Classic and Prime have zero commission with “Low” and “Ultra-Low” spreads, so on those accounts the cost is entirely the spread. Use our pip calculator to price a spread of your own, and read spread vs commission for the difference between the two models.
Inconsistent figures on the site.
- The Classic page says “500+ global markets” in its introduction and “1,000+ instruments” two sections later. The forex page says 70+ pairs.
- The Prime page says “competitive commission” in its description and $0 per lot in its specifications.
- The Institutional page header shows commission $0 per lot, while its specifications say “Institutional Pricing” and the accounts page says “Custom”.
- The accounts page says “Five account types”, while the FAQ lists four (Classic, Prime, Institutional, HFT) and omits ECN.
- Support is described as 24/7 on the accounts and contact pages and as 24/5 in the FAQ.
Minimum deposit
Classic shows no minimum deposit, Prime $5,000, Institutional $50,000 (wire transfer, “immediate activation”), ECN “upon request” and HFT custom. The FAQ repeats that Classic shows no minimum and that “account requirements, eligibility, and available conditions can change” (source). No payment-method minimum is published. A Classic account may therefore have no account minimum but still face a payment-method limit, so check the amount on the payment screen.
Leverage
Leverage is up to 1:500 on Classic and Prime, 1:400 on ECN and HFT, and 1:100 on Institutional. The Risk Disclosure says retail clients get “up to 1:500 on certain instruments”, and the FAQ says it “can vary depending on the account, instrument, and applicable trading conditions” (source). No per-instrument table is published. The stop out level is 20%, and positions close “starting with the least profitable”. The margin call level is not stated on the pages we read.
At 1:500, a 0.2% price move against a position uses up its margin, so a small move can close it. The guides on what leverage is and forex leverage ratios cover position sizing. Entities regulated in other countries may apply lower caps, which Kama Capital does not publish.
Deposits and withdrawals
Methods. The site lists Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay (instant), bank transfer (same day) and “digital payments” in which “all digital currencies” are accepted, with “no deposit fees” (source). The FAQ adds that the methods shown to you depend on your country, account and verification status, currency and provider availability. Account currencies named on the site include USD and AED.
Withdrawals. Requests go through the app or Client Portal. The FAQ says the amount and method depend on free margin, open positions, payment-source rules, applicable terms and compliance checks, and that you must use a card, bank account or wallet in your own name, with return-to-source rules possible (source). We found no withdrawal time, per-method minimum or withdrawal fee on the public site, and no mention of the delay if a bonus is active. The app promotion says “instant deposits and fast withdrawals”, with no figure behind it.
Platforms and tools
Kama Capital offers MetaTrader 5 only, for Windows, macOS, web, iOS and Android (source). The MT5 page lists 80+ indicators, 21 timeframes, depth of market, an economic calendar, a strategy tester, and netting and hedging modes. Trading Central signals are shown on the forex page. The Kama Capital app handles sign-up, funding, withdrawals and offer requests. The HFT page lists FIX and REST API access, and the Institutional page lists FIX and REST with a dedicated relationship manager. The site also mentions copy and social trading, but we found no page with terms for it.
Instruments. CFDs on forex, metals, commodities, indices, stocks and UAE stocks. The site gives different counts, as listed above, so check the symbol list inside MT5.
Bonus, cashback and idle equity
Kama Capital pushes three offers, and offers must be requested in the app or by email after you open an eligible account.
- 100% non-losable bonus for Classic and Prime. Its page says a $1,000 deposit gets a $1,000 bonus and “buying power” of $2,000, and that “bonus cannot be withdrawn but profits can” (source). The nine terms sections on the page were collapsed and did not load as text for us, so we do not know the conditions on withdrawals or volume. The FAQ says eligible profits are “subject to the offer terms”.
- Cashback: $1 for every eligible lot on forex, gold, silver, oil and futures, credited when the trade closes, on request (source). One line on the same site says “$1 for every completed trade” rather than per lot.
- Idle equity: daily interest on available margin from $5,000 on USD and AED accounts, linked to the official USD interest rate, minus a deduction that shrinks as the balance grows (source).
We do not recommend taking a bonus. If you do, read the full terms first, since a bonus can restrict withdrawals.
Is Kama Capital available in my country?
We did not find a restricted-countries list, a Client Agreement or a country page on the public site. The Terms of Use say only that website content is not an offer of financial services in any jurisdiction where it would be restricted (source). The home page says “100+ countries”, and the UAE stocks page says availability is “subject to your jurisdiction, account type and applicable product terms” (source). Registration asks for your country of residence. So we cannot give a list, and you should confirm eligibility with support before you register. We do not recommend offshore brokers to US residents or to anyone barred by local law.
Partner programme
The partners page lists IB tiers with rebates of up to $3, $6 and $9 per lot (Silver, Gold, Platinum), with volume and client thresholds, daily crediting and sub-IB levels (source). VestNorth may earn a referral commission if you open an account through our links, which does not change what we publish.

Bottom line
Kama Capital offers MT5 accounts with no minimum deposit on Classic and $5,000 on Prime, leverage up to 1:500 and a 20% stop out. It is open about the weak points: its risk page says SVG clients may have fewer protections, that funds are not segregated and that it can act as a market maker.
We could not match any of the three licences to a register, we found no Client Agreement, withdrawal time or country list, and the site contradicts itself on instrument counts, commission and dealing model. If you go ahead, ask support to name your contracting entity in writing, check the licence numbers on the regulators’ own sites, and keep leverage far below 1:500. Practise on the demo first, and only deposit money you can afford to lose.

Frequently asked questions
Is Kama Capital legit?
Kama Capital names three entities: Kama Capital Securities Broker LLC (UAE), Kama Capital Ltd (Mauritius FSC licence GB22200704) and Kama Capital LLC (St Vincent and the Grenadines, registration 2049). We could not open any of the regulator registers to confirm the licences, so they rest on the broker's own statements. Its risk disclosure says St Vincent clients may have fewer protections than the other two.
What is the Kama Capital minimum deposit?
The Classic account shows no minimum deposit, Prime shows $5,000 and Institutional $50,000. The ECN account says the minimum is upon request, and HFT terms are custom. Check the amount on your payment screen before you send money.
What is the maximum leverage at Kama Capital?
The accounts page lists 1:500 on Classic and Prime, 1:400 on ECN and HFT, and 1:100 on Institutional. The risk disclosure says 1:500 applies to certain instruments for retail clients, so the figure can be lower per instrument. The stop out level is 20%.
Does Kama Capital segregate client funds?
Its Risk Disclosure (last updated April 2026) says Kama Capital does not offer segregated client accounts and that client funds are not held separately from the firm's own funds.
Does Kama Capital offer negative balance protection?
The Risk Disclosure says retail clients are protected against negative balances and that this does not apply to professional or institutional accounts. It also says you may lose more than your deposit on non-retail accounts.
Which entity would I sign up with through the international site?
Kama Capital does not say on its public pages. Its FAQ says the entity is the one named in your Client Agreement, and its contact page presents the St Vincent entity as serving clients worldwide. We could not read the Client Agreement, so ask support to name the entity in writing before you deposit.
What is Kama Capital's cashback and bonus?
The site offers a 100% matching bonus the company calls non-losable, available on Classic and Prime and activated by email, and a cashback of $1 per eligible lot on forex, gold, silver, oil and futures. The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn and its full terms did not load in the page we read.
