Short answer: EBC says it does not charge handling fees on withdrawals (source). The minimum is USD 100 by local bank transfer or international wire and USD 50 by cryptocurrency (source). Requests sent before 16:00 UTC+8 on a working day are processed the same day. Your deposited funds go back by the same method you deposited with, and with open positions your margin level must stay at or above 200% (400% at weekends).

Fees and minimums
EBC’s help centre says “EBC does not charge any handling fees for deposits and withdrawals” and that some cryptocurrency service providers may charge theirs. The funding page adds that some costs can arise on payments to or from certain international banks, which are outside EBC’s control (source). A different help article says some channels, such as crypto, can add a network fee, “depending on the channel” (source).
| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Usual time |
|---|---|---|
| Local bank transfer | USD 100 | Within 1 working day |
| International wire transfer | USD 100 | 3 to 5 working days |
| Cryptocurrency | USD 50 | Within 1 working day |
| E-wallet | Not listed | Within 1 working day |
| Visa and Mastercard | Not listed | 3 to 7 working days |
The minimums come from the help centre (source). The times come from the help centre’s weekend article and match the funding page (source). We found no minimum or maximum for e-wallet and card withdrawals, and no per-request maximum for any method. If you plan to move more than USD 50,000 in either direction, EBC asks you to email it one business day in advance so it can arrange the review (source).
How long an EBC withdrawal takes
The help centre sets the daily cut-off: applications submitted before 16:00 (UTC+8) on working days are processed and credited the same day, and later ones the next business day. International wires need 3 to 5 business days. EBC adds that actual arrival depends on the payment provider’s speed (source).
The funding page gives the same cut-off as 11:00 (GMT+3). The two are the same moment, since 16:00 at UTC+8 is 11:00 at UTC+3, so this is not a conflict. Convert it to your own time zone before you rely on it.
Weekends are supported. EBC says it also processes deposits and withdrawals over the weekend, with the times in the table above. Withdrawals with open positions have a stricter margin rule on weekends, covered below.
Where your money must go: the same-method rule
EBC splits your account money into principal and profit. For principal, the help centre says “the withdrawal method must match the original deposit method”, and “before the principal is fully withdrawn, withdrawal requests must be submitted through the original deposit channel”. Profit “is not restricted by the original deposit method” and can go through other EBC channels, such as local bank transfer or crypto. The system returns principal first, and once it has been withdrawn, the rest is treated as profit (source).
A worked example from that rule (our numbers): you deposit 500 USD by card and the account grows to 700 USD. The first 500 USD must go back through the card channel. The remaining 200 USD is profit and can go to a bank or crypto wallet if EBC supports it for you.
Other rules on where money can go:
- Your own name only. EBC does not accept third-party payments and “does not handle withdrawals to third parties”. If it suspects third-party funds it can return them to the remitter and freeze your portal or trading account funds, and you cannot withdraw until identity and source of funds are verified (source).
- Wire payees. For international wire withdrawals you add a payee in the User Center. “Only the receiving information of the account holder can be added”, and other details lead to rejection. The wire option may need to be activated first, and if your country is not in the bank region list you contact EBC (source).
- Several cards. You may use more than one bank card if each is in your own name.
- Pick a deposit method you can withdraw to. Our EBC minimum deposit page lists the deposit options.
How to request a withdrawal
The help centre describes the flow (source):
- Log in to the User Center and open Withdrawal.
- Choose the withdrawal method.
- Select the withdrawal account and the receiving account, and enter the amount.
- Confirm the details and complete security verification by phone or email code, then submit.
- You receive two emails: an approval notification and a payment confirmation.
Other points from the help centre. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests, but if you see “The numbers of withdrawals is limited”, an earlier request is still processing, so wait for it to finish (source). If you cancel a request, the money returns automatically to the trading account it came from (source). Moving money between your own trading accounts is a separate internal transfer (source).
Identity verification. You need an approved KYC check before an account exists. The help centre says documents can be rejected for being expired or about to expire within 6 months, damaged, blurred, mismatched or incomplete (source). Fix any rejected verification before you deposit, so it does not delay the first withdrawal.
Withdrawing with open positions
The help centre says you can submit a request, but “the margin level remains at or above 200% (400% on weekend)”, and after the request the ratio “must not fall below 200%”. If the Risk Control Department decides a withdrawal may push the account towards a margin call or liquidation, it may reject the request. EBC strongly recommends submitting withdrawals when you have no open positions (source).
The weekend rule applies to internal transfers too. A separate help article says withdrawals during the weekend with open positions need a margin level of at least 400% after the withdrawal, because of possible price gaps and thin liquidity at Monday’s open (source).
A page difference. The funding page says to keep the margin level “above 200%” and does not mention the weekend 400%. The two help articles are newer (updated September 2026) and carry the weekend rule. Use 400% as the weekend figure.
A margin level of 200% means equity is twice the used margin. Our arithmetic: with 230 USD of used margin on 1 lot of EURUSD at 500:1 (price assumed at 1.15), equity must stay at or above 460 USD after a withdrawal, or 920 USD at the weekend. Our margin call and stop out guide explains the terms.
Ultra Leverage. If your account uses Ultra Leverage, the maximum withdrawable amount with open positions is 50% of the lower of balance and equity. With no open positions, the full balance is available (source). Our EBC leverage page covers the program.
Why EBC withdrawals fail
The help centre lists these reasons (source):
- the bank card is not in your name;
- the card is inactive or not recognised;
- bank or withdrawal account details are filled in wrongly;
- the withdrawal method does not match the deposit method, for example a local bank deposit followed by a crypto withdrawal.
You can see the reason for a rejection in the User Center under Fund Details. If none of these fits, contact support at [email protected] or by live chat, which EBC says is available around the clock (source).
What the legal documents say
The legal documents we read (Website Terms, Risk Disclosure and Execution Policy, all issued by EBC Financial Group (SVG) LLC) do not set out withdrawal procedures, so the rules above come from the help centre and funding page. Those pages do not say which EBC entity processes your withdrawal, and EBC’s website says your rights depend on the entity and jurisdiction you are regulated under. The Risk Disclosure also says client money may be held in the same account as other clients’ money. Read our EBC review and is EBC legit page before you deposit.
EBC does not serve citizens or residents of the United States, Canada, Malaysia, Russia, Ukraine and 21 other listed jurisdictions, per a help centre list updated on 12 September 2026 (source).
Bottom line
EBC lists withdrawals as fee free, with minimums of USD 100 by bank or wire and USD 50 by crypto, and same-day processing for requests before 16:00 UTC+8. Wires take 3 to 5 working days and cards 3 to 7.
The rules that catch people out are the same-method rule for principal and the 200% margin level, or 400% at weekends, with open trades. Deposit by a method you can withdraw to, from your own account, and keep your margin level high before you take money out. Only deposit money you can afford to lose.

Frequently asked questions
Does EBC charge a withdrawal fee?
EBC says it does not charge handling fees on deposits or withdrawals. Some cryptocurrency providers, banks or card issuers may charge their own fees, and your bank can treat a payment as a cash advance.
What is the minimum withdrawal at EBC?
The help centre says USD 100 for local bank transfers and international wire transfers, and USD 50 for cryptocurrency. We found no minimum listed for e-wallets or cards.
How long does an EBC withdrawal take?
Requests submitted before 16:00 UTC+8 on working days are processed the same day, and later ones the next business day. Local bank, e-wallet and crypto withdrawals usually arrive within 1 working day, wires take 3 to 5 working days and cards 3 to 7 working days.
Can I withdraw to a different method than I deposited with?
Not for your deposited funds. EBC's rule is that principal goes back through the original deposit method, and only profit can use other supported channels. The system returns principal first.
Can I withdraw with open positions at EBC?
You can submit a request, but your margin level must stay at or above 200% after the withdrawal, and 400% at weekends. EBC's risk team can reject a request that brings the account close to a margin call, and it recommends withdrawing when no positions are open.
Why was my EBC withdrawal rejected?
The help centre lists a card or account not in your name, an inactive or unrecognised card, wrong bank details, and a withdrawal method that does not match the deposit method. You can see the rejection reason in Fund Details in the User Center.
Does EBC allow withdrawals to someone else's account?
No. EBC does not handle withdrawals to third parties, and wire payee details must belong to the account holder. If funds look third-party, EBC can freeze them until your identity and source of funds are verified.
