Short answer: Exness doesn’t quote one withdrawal time for everyone. Each payment method has its own processing time, shown in your Personal Area (PA) → Withdrawal as an average-to-maximum range. Exness says it charges no withdrawal fee of its own. Most delays and rejections come from a small set of rules (name, verification, currency and free margin), which this guide covers.

How long do Exness withdrawals take?
The time you wait has two parts:
- Exness processing. This is the time Exness shows for your method in the PA. Exness describes each method’s processing time as “the average time to maximum time predicted”. Many electronic methods are processed quickly; bank transfers usually take longer.
- Your provider’s crediting time. After Exness sends the money, your bank, card issuer or e-wallet still has to credit it. Card refunds and international bank transfers can take several business days on the provider’s side.

So if your PA shows a short processing time but the money isn’t in your account yet, the payment may already have left Exness and be waiting with your provider. Exness has a help-centre page for exactly this situation (“Why is my withdrawal not reflecting?”).
Where to check your exact time: PA → Withdrawal → choose the method. The card for each method shows its processing time, fee and limits. Exness says this information is current and should be used as the reference.
Withdrawal fees
- Exness fee: none. Exness says it doesn’t charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees.
- Provider fees: your bank or e-wallet may charge. Any known provider fee is listed next to the method.
- Conversion costs: if you withdraw in a currency different from your trading account, an exchange rate applies at the time of the transaction.
The rules that cause most failed withdrawals

1. The name must match exactly
Third-party payments aren’t allowed. The bank account, card or wallet must be registered in your full legal name, the same as on your Exness account. A spouse’s card, a company account or a wallet under a nickname will fail.
2. Verification comes first
Your Exness account has to be verified before any payment transactions are available. Exness can also ask you to prove that a payment account belongs to you.
3. Unverified cards
A withdrawal to a card that hasn’t been verified and has no previous deposit will be rejected until the card is verified.
4. Use the same currency you deposited in
The currency you choose when depositing must also be used for withdrawal. Plan your deposit currency with this in mind.
5. You can only withdraw free margin
The maximum withdrawal is your account’s free margin, not its balance. If open positions tie up your margin, close or reduce them first, or withdraw a smaller amount. Withdrawing too much with positions open can also push your account toward a stop out.
6. Accounts with no trading activity
If money is deposited and withdrawn without trading, Exness reserves the right to investigate the withdrawal, cancel it or apply fees. This is a standard anti-money-laundering safeguard.
7. Your region is fixed
Payment methods depend on the region you registered from, and the region can’t be changed. If you move permanently to another country, Exness requires you to register a new account from the new country, and you can only keep trading if Exness serves it.
8. Security confirmation
Withdrawals must be confirmed with a verification code sent to your registered security type (for example SMS or email). Keep those details up to date.
Step by step: making a withdrawal
- Log in to the Exness Personal Area.
- Make sure your account and payment method are verified.
- Check your free margin in the trading account you want to withdraw from.
- Go to Withdrawal and choose a method in your own name, ideally one you have deposited with, in the same currency.
- Enter the amount (within the method’s minimum and maximum).
- Confirm with the verification code.
- Track the status in your transaction history. If Exness shows it as completed but the money hasn’t arrived, contact your provider first, then Exness support.
How safe is money waiting to be withdrawn?
According to Exness, client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from company money, and Exness is a member of the Financial Commission, an external dispute-resolution body. There is no government-backed compensation fund for most clients, because most retail accounts are held with offshore entities. Bottom line
Exness doesn’t charge withdrawal fees, and the processing time for your method is clearly shown in your Personal Area. Most problems come from mismatched names, unverified cards, the wrong currency or trying to withdraw more than your free margin. Get those right and withdrawals are usually straightforward. Before you deposit, check the minimum deposit and payment limits for your region.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an Exness withdrawal take?
It depends on the payment method and your region. Exness shows each method's processing time in the Withdrawal section of the Personal Area as an average-to-maximum range. Your bank or wallet may take extra time to credit the money after Exness has processed it.
Does Exness charge withdrawal fees?
Exness says it does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees. Your payment provider may charge its own fee, which is shown next to the method in the Personal Area.
Why was my Exness withdrawal rejected?
Common reasons are a payment account in a different name, an unverified card with no previous deposit, a withdrawal larger than your free margin, or a request made while your account or payment details are not fully verified.
How much can I withdraw from Exness?
Up to your account's free margin, within the minimum and maximum limits of the payment method you choose. Close or reduce open positions if your free margin is too low.
Can I withdraw to someone else's account?
No. Exness does not allow third-party payments. The payment account must be in your own full legal name, matching your Exness profile.
